Finding the Right Tools
When exploring ADHD apps and resources:
Start with free versions or trials before committing to paid subscriptions
Don't try to implement too many tools at once—start with 1-2 and build from there
Give each tool at least 2-3 weeks of consistent use before deciding if it works for you
Remember that what works for someone else may not work for you, and that's okay
Consider your specific challenges (time management, organization, focus, etc.) when choosing tools
